"Dear Mushie Support Team,I am writing to report a serious safety issue regarding the Mushie Mini Toddler Bike (Sage). My child used this bike and tipped forward over the handlebars, hitting their head on two separate occasions: once at 16 months old and again at 19 months old. This product is advertised for toddlers aged 12-24 months, but the design appears to be unstable, causing a forward-tipping hazard during normal use. I wanted to bring this to your attention immediately so you can review the product's safety standards and stability."

"Toddler loves riding on it. Only complaint for why 3 stars is the seat is very hard to adjust - the Allen wrench needs incredible force to lock the seat in place, much more than I think it is supposed to. Perhaps we have a defective seat, but we continually need to tighten it again so it doesn’t swivel. We purchased this specific bike for the adjustable seat, just bummed it’s so hard to safely use."
